Advocacy for patients in hospital or board and care home. Arranges certification for or against 14-day hold (5250). Note: patients who are brought in hospital on 5150 hold stay for three days - after that, hospital can ask for certification (or not) for 14-day hold. (916) 485-4175

Child & Family Advocacy
The Sacramento Advocacy for Family Empowerment (SAFE)
Program is designed and staffed by families and youth to provide support, education, empowerment, and advocacy to children, youth, and their families receiving children’s mental health services.  Parent partners and youth peer mentors are integrated into children's mental health planning, management, and service delivery.
