PATHWAYS TO SUCCESS AFTER HOMELESSNESS

 

Pathways to Success After Homelessness provides comprehensive, integrated mental health services including housing for 200 individuals including:

 children and their families;

 transition age youth (ages 18 – 25);

 adults (ages 26 – 59); and older adults (age 60 and older).

CFEEC offer learning experiences in basic life skills and workforce preparedness. The program serves
